1. About JordanAI

JordanAI is an AI-powered chatbot designed to:

• Collect information to assist with insurance quotations
• Answer general insurance policy-related questions using PolicyAI
• Forward information to licensed insurance brokers upon request

JordanAI is a support tool only. It does not issue insurance policies, bind cover, or replace licensed professional advice.

2. No Financial or Insurance Advice

JordanAI does not provide:

• Personal financial advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Binding insurance advice

All responses are general in nature and based on the information provided by you. You should always rely on a licensed insurance broker or insurer before making any insurance decisions.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

JordanAI uses Claude Sonnet, an AI model provided by Anthropic, to generate responses.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
• Outputs are generated automatically and should be independently verified
• InsurAI does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI responses

You use JordanAI at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not submit misleading, unlawful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system
• Not use JordanAI for illegal or unauthorised purposes

You are responsible for reviewing any information before relying on it.

5. Information Shared with Brokers

If you request a quote or assistance:

• You authorise InsurAI to share relevant information with licensed insurance brokers
• Brokers may contact you directly using the details you provide
• Brokers operate independently and are responsible for their own advice and services

InsurAI is not responsible for broker decisions, quotes, or outcomes.

6. Availability & Service Limitations

JordanAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Responses will be accurate or complete
• The service will always be available

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue JordanAI at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in JordanAI, PolicyAI, software, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to InsurAI Pty Ltd.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the service
• Use our branding or content without permission
• Create derivative works from JordanAI

8. Privacy

Your use of JordanAI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store personal information.

By using JordanAI, you consent to the handling of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• InsurAI is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of JordanAI
• This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsurAI from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to JordanAI at any time if:

• You breach these Terms
• We reasonably believe there is misuse or risk
• Required by law or regulation

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
